Currently providing business development and training support to businesses throughout the UK as well as advising and assessing organisations for Investors in People.Karen has been involved with this particular Standard since its inception and her assessment experience includes organisations in the following countries: UK, USA, Belgium and Holland:Organisational support from the team has included: (private sector): construction, IT, warehousing and logistics, manufacturing, waste management, security, retail, service industry, marketing and PR.In the public sector the company has supported organisations in the following sectors: local, borough and County councils, schools, colleges, universities, NHS trusts and the Ministry of Defence.As an example of the work undertaken, the company is currently providing management coaching on behalf of a number organisations, both in the public and private sectors together with charitable trusts.
