Hartono Value Partners was established in 2020 as an independent, private, investment management partnership in Hong Kong.The fund invests primarily in equities with low risk, high return approach that uses in-depth fundamental analysis to selectively buy undervalued companies with a strategic downside hedge of S&P 500. The fund focuses on investing globally, diversifying across sector, size, geography, and entity among a small number of closely monitored positions from identifying opportunities that will not become correlated during a crisis. I invest alongside my clients, and we charge only a performance fee of 25% above 6% subject to a high watermark. We believe it is among the most compelling and fairest fund structures in the world.
