Harvest Ridge Organics is a project that started 100 years ago. Our team and farm are based out of Lewiston, Idaho; and geographically we are positioned to have some of the longest growing seasons in the United States for dry-land farming. After four generations and some trial and error, we found that we are one of the only organic producers of hard red spring wheat in the pacific northwest. Known for its high protein content, hard red spring wheat allows bakers more control than any other grain (including oats). Only a few areas in the world can grow a wheat with its profile characteristics.
