The majority of frozen fruit is used in the Food Service as well as Food Manufacturingsectors in preparations including jams, desserts and dessert sauces, relishes, bakery (cakes & muffins), dairy (yoghurts, ice cream, gelato), etc. Our frozen fruit products are ultimately purchased by hotels, restaurants, clubs & pubs, canteens, caterers, hospitals, schools, food manufacturers, bakeries as well as the retail/wholesalesectors.A range of Certified Organic frozen fruit ingredients has been added to the Harvestime range and marketed under the "Elgin Organic" brand for supply to the growing organics manufacturing and retail markets. Harvestime Australia (Sydney factory) has been certified by A.C.O. and holds Processor No. 10817P. The company has been in business since 2003 and has enjoyed continual grown in both revenue as well as brand loyalty. What was once a business targeting a wide and general customer base, the company has since grown into a discerning business that now targets both the Foodservice Distributor as well as Manufacturing markets.
