Initiated as a new division for Hastie Group to enter the developing Saudi Arabia market, Hastie Saudi Arabia LLC was incorporated in May 2010 as a joint venture between the local partner, Sharqawi Company and the Hastie Group of Companies (with subsidiary Rotary International providing resources and management for the JVâs projects on behalf of the partners).May 2012, following the administration of Hastie Group Limited in Australia, Sharqawi Company exercised its right to take full control of Hastie Saudi Arabiaâs operations and acquired the remaining 50% stake of the joint venture from Hastie Group and the rights to the name in Saudi Arabia. Hastie Saudi Arabia LLC now enjoys an excellent reputation with its Clients and Suppliers while retaining an international mix of highly qualified staff and engineers with extensive international experience.
