Founded by Karl Koelle in 2010, Hawkeye Consultants was the natural result of Karl's eight years managing restaurants in the Greater Kansas City area and twelve years experience in print media and marketing. As the operator of a print shop in Overland Park, Karl managed a staff of twenty to record sales and strong profit numbers. Karl also built a direct mail department from the ground up and turned it into a $200,000 annual profit center. Working hand-in-hand with national corporations, Karl helped to lead the organization to a leadership position in online on-demand ordering. With all the accolades that came with success, Karl's first passion and obligation was always to take care of the customer. Karl's passion for great customer service stems from his time in the restaurant industry, taking care of customers first while handling the staffing issues and daily struggles of the food service world second. He understands that, above all, if the customer is not happy with their dining experience, they won't be back – and they will certainly tell their friends!
