You can also have access to our out of hours repairs service if you choose our fully managed service, giving you peace of mind that your property is looked after around the clock. We are also the only lettings agent in Conwy to be able to offer Conwy County Borough Council's 'leased service' to landlords. This ensures guaranteed rent for your property for 12 months of the year, whether the property is tenanted or not.
