About Hayle:Hayle is a social-networking mobile application that enables users to discover new, local people and form communities through common interests. Using geolocation capabilities, we help users to find nearby people, events, communities, and opportunities that pertain to them. Matches made on Hayle are geared towards common ground. We believe common interest is what really brings people together. The app works as a type of funnel, providing a newsfeed to expose users to people, events and groups around them, matching people based on interests, and allowing them to form communities, events or personal connections where they can meet together in real life.Why was Hayle created?There is a need for a social media app that is purposed for people to find & make new friends. A big problem in our society today is the increasing prevalence of individual isolation in a world that is becoming more connected online. Hayle leverages the power of online connection for the purpose of people connecting in real life, on the basis of friendship and collaboration, rather than romance. Users can create a comprehensive profile, then connect with others based on shared interests and geographic location, making it easier for them to meet and form communities.
