HO asume como misión promover la participación política de los ciudadanos como la mejor forma de hacer que la democracia se convierta en algo real, es decir, participativo.Creemos que la sociedad es anterior al Estado; la política es esencialmente vocación de servicio; y los gobernantes tienen el deber de escuchar a los gobernados.Desde una concepción cristiana del hombre y de la sociedad, nuestros proyectos están destinados a afirmar y promover (i) la participación política, (ii) la dignidad de la persona, y (iii) el valor de la vida.---HO assumes as the primary mission to promote citizens participation in politics as the best way to ensure democracy to become something real, that's to say, participatory.We think society came before State; politics is essencially vocation to the service; and rulers have the duty to listen to the governed.From a Christian concept of men and society, our projects are aimed to assert and promote (i) the participation in politics, (ii) the dignity of the human person, and (iii) the value of life.
