HCT Manufacturing One established in Oct 2006. We are located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province of China (2-hour by car from Hong Kong), with convenient transportation access. Covering an area of 24,400 square meter , we have over 1200 employees. HCT Manufacturing One has since produced compacts, lipsticks, pots, lip-gloss and mascara containers for worldwide reputable brands . HCT Manufacturing One is privileged with strong in house design and engineering teams located in UK, USA , France and HK, supported by HCT group.With respect to our customers satisfaction and quality expectations , the manufacturing site is set up with in house product design, tool design & tool making, color matching, centralized auto-feed system, injection, injection blow molding, Clean room spray/vacuum metallization (iridescent metallization), decoration, inkjet printing, mirror cutting and clean room assembly. All manufacturing operations are granted by the system of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. HCT Manufacturing One has been striving to develop better environmental friendly products and new manufacturing methods as well as to create a friendly, innovative environment for its employees.
