HDI Stopovers started as a CSR project of then Chairman Peter Chia. He saw the Filipino commuters standing in the scorching sun, sometimes drenched in rain. This moved him to talk to MMDA and offered to construct and maintain waiting sheds all over Metro Manila. He was given a go signal thus the partnership started. Many years after that, HDI started to put some ads on it just to sustain operations --- painting; construction; electricity. This paved the way to the opening of another company HDI Adventures and HDI Admix. All specializing in OOH and DOOH
