At HDRS, we treat each note as its own program/product and apply advanced technology program management techniques. Therefore, the loan investment lifecycle is broken down into phases, where each phase is comprised of interdependent linked tasks along the critical path. Our approach is, therefore, orderly and data driven.Our founders have over 40 years of cumulative advanced technology development experience in the commercial and defense industrial base. The techniques we apply to mortgage note investment have been applied successfully to developing advanced semiconductor technologies for applications such as radar and communications (5G/6G).
