Incorporated in the year of 2016, Helicopter Engines MRO Private Limited (HE-MRO), is a 50 - 50 Joint Venture company between Safran Helicopter Engines, France and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, India.The aim of the JV is to bring the expertise of the two OEM and provide world class Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) service to Indian Armed Forces for helicopter engines such as Shakti and TM-333. Currently, the JV is working to set-up a State of the Art MRO facility in Honda Industrial Area in Goa.
