Head Heart Hands Consulting offers a way to address the systemic issues and inequities plaguing school administrators, community leaders and business executives by providing a unifying framework, a comprehensive approach and customizable solutions. Our framework is rooted in the understanding that human flourishing is optimized when we equally cultivate, activate and align HEAD, HEART and HANDS because this fundamentally changes the way organizations think, relate and operate. Our unique approach entails strategic methods for the integration of Wellness, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (WIDE). Furthermore, because every organization is different, we offer a variety of solutions that can be selected depending on one's specific needs and current stage of change management. For those at the beginning of their WIDE transformation, we can provide needs assessments and strategic planning...for those who are struggling with establishing or executing a vision, we offer leadership coaching and culture setting...and for those who are simply looking for concrete tools and the support to implement, we have protocols, survey tools, curriculum and workshops.
