Why am I sick so much? Isn't there a cure yet? How come I'm tired all the time?Are you a Medical Health Professional?Are you someone who takes care of the health of others?Do you conceal or ignore your emotions and just get on with it?I used to do that! I discovered that ignoring my emotions caused physical issues in my body.I lived in my left brain for most of my life and based my decisions on logic and linear thinking.Then one day I experienced a bowel perforation. With the support of the Medical Health Profession, I survived. As a result of the bowel perforation, I also had a Near Death Experience and a life changing event. I had an awakening and a knowing that I could be healed. I had hope and knew I had a purpose for living. I began to understand the value of connecting to the right brain, heart and emotions. I realized that healing is a combination of medical and emotional health care.Do you feel there is something more to healing?Most of us carry baggage or emotions and we are not aware of how to release them.I spent 15 years learning how to connect to the messages in my body and release the emotions that have caused pain, sensations, achiness and dis-ease.Once I understood that emotions are stuck in the connective tissue. I knew why I had been diagnosed with a rare connective tissue disorder.My Logistics certification, founding a national non-profit organization for rare disorders or Life Coach certification did not teach me how to do this. I provide a safe space of connecting you to your heart and soul. I guide you through the process of understanding the messages in your body and releasing the emotions. You will connect to your inner self, your inner knowing. Become your own best friend.
