Currently, it is based in Lancaster, PA and focuses on empowering urban youth, developing urban community schools and networking with a thriving arts community.Working with a network of about 20 Artist Mentors, Heads Up offers unique programs like Junkyard Drumming, Latin and Hip Hop Dance, Break Dance, DreamTime Theatre, mural arts, Lego Science, Forensic Science, Movies and Acting and more!
