Headwaters PeopleWork, LLC was founded on the principle that everyone deserves a second chance to live an abundant life -- no matter the mistakes made in the past. At Headwaters PeopleWorks, we believe that people in recovery or transitioning from incarceration shouldn't be trapped in a life dictated because of having to check a box on a job application. We believe those in recovery or transitioning from incarceration have already faced life's greatest challenges and are ready to move into jobs that will let them lead more abundant lives.Headwaters PeopleWorks works with recovery organizations and the prison system to identify candidates who are ready to take on additional challenges. We then provide technical training that is in high demand in Minnesota and we work to match program participants with local staffing agencies who have job openings that need filled. Headwaters PeopleWorks does not charge our program participants; but we demand commitment to the timely completion of our program.
