(THRIVE) is a private psychology practice group dedicated to providing the highest quality, research-based, and cutting edge cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based treatments for adults and adolescents. We offer a wide range of services including individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy and coaching for a variety of common problems, including depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, marital conflict, and eating disorders.Our goal at THRIVE is to understand what matters most to each of our patients, carefully assessing their problems or life circumstances that stand in the way, and collaboratively building a treatment plan that will yield robust outcomes. We rely on best-practice scientifically validated proven behavioral methods to chart the most efficient an effective path back to health and wellness.Not everything that causes us suffering can be changed.
