This means we devote the time and effort to develop a plan that fits for you. We won't swamp you with lots of paperwork, because we provide the necessary tools to ensure that you are meeting the demands of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. There is some necessary paperwork however the good news is that the way in which we set you up helps to make the process of completing it simple. We offer solutions to your health and safety concerns. Not only that, but we stay in touch and help you achieve what was set out during the initial design process that we undertake with each client. We offer a wide range of solutions to your health and safety needs. Solutions depend on how much involvement you want or need from us. We can be at your workplace regularly to assist with paperwork, training, development of SOP's and completing site inspections or we can adopt a hands-off approach and provide advice as and when you need. In all cases though we recommend the completion of an annual audit. The audit is essentially a check to make sure you are on track and also provides a window where we can meet up and discuss any additional requirements you may have. We also specialize in health and safety auditing. This can range from a full audit of the safety system in place as well as the actual practice of workplace safety to site inspections. Site inspections/ risk assessments are where we complete an inspection for property management companies and landlords to identify risks in common areas that may impact on tenants. They also include construction site inspections for compliance reasons.
