Visit: https://www.kindcause.org/community Over the last 15 years, the number of childhood deaths has been cut in half. This proves that it is possible to win the fight against almost every disease. Still, we are spending an astonishing amount of money and resources on treating illnesses that are surprisingly easy to prevent. The new goal for worldwide Good Health promotes healthy lifestyles, preventive measures and modern, efficient healthcare for everyone. One of the key elements to good health is Clean Water and Sanitation. One in three people live without sanitation. This is causing unnecessary disease and death. If we provide affordable equipment and education in hygiene practices, we can stop this senseless suffering and loss of life. PROBLEM: The key problem that we would like to solve is that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are not known to the public and citizens are not motivated to act upon to solve these problems. If timely action is not taken, we will not be able to achieve the goal to address these problems by 2030.WHAT IS THE SOLUTION? Kind Cause is focusing on solving this key problems by: 1. Raising awareness of the sustainable development goals and starting a discussion as how to achieve them. 2. Involving the knowledge workers to brain-storm on ideas as how to tackle these problems. 3. Work with other nonprofits and help them become more efficient by making use of technology. Why? This will help them reduce their operational costs to ultimately help them to do more for our community. 4. Help fund-raise for the nonprofits who are working to achieve the sustainable development goals.
