This enhances the probability of our Sponsor's success in meeting enrollment within desired timelines. We always welcome an opportunity to be the first site to screen for a study. In order to facilitate rapid study start-up, we utilize Central IRB's, Central Labs, and have a quick review and turnaround time for Contract negotiation and regulatory documents. We are uniquely positioned to tap into a vast and diverse population within Northern Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. Due to this unique position, we are one of only a few Multi-specialty Research Sites with access to the populations in all 3 counties. Our site utilizes a dynamic, searchable Clinical Trial Management Software called Clinical Conductor to house our rapidly growing Research Database. We are actively growing our database with thousands of new interested candidates each year within our target markets of Palm Beach, Martin & St. Lucie Counties. We collect relevant, useful information that allows our on-site Recruitment Call Center to reach out to appropriate potential study subjects. We have a multi-faceted process of data-mining and prescreening in order to bring in highly interested and eligible candidates for our studies.
