Health & Harmony offers wellness therapies for the body, mind, and spirit in a serene, private location that's directly across from the reservoir, surrounded by nature and right off the bike path. Heather opened Health & Harmony because she saw, both through her own experiences as well as those of her clients, the significant effects that receiving massage therapy can have on a person's quality of life. She has helped people with a variety of health issues ranging from Sciatica to Cerebral Palsy. Her goal is for Health & Harmony to feel like a sanctuary, where people can come to receive services that facilitate stress reduction and personal growth, while also supporting their individual healing processes.
