Health Honestly is a health food company based in Adelaide, South Australia looking to change the way people approach their personal wellness. As an education-first platform, we've created a space for anyone who finds themselves confused about all the conflicting health information out there.Aside from selling health food products, our in-house health coach and co-founder Tara works to debunk health myths, discuss all things wellness, and share easy-to-make healthy(ish) recipes.At Health Honestly, we know health comes in many different shapes, sizes, and styles. The concept of 'health honestly' came out of many long conversations about how extreme and unrealistic the health and wellness industry has become and how harmful that is for so many people. Instead, we wanted to take a down-to-earth, honest approach when it comes to health to encourage people to take control and create their own version of it.We work hard to find products and ingredients that we genuinely love and believe in - starting with mushrooms.We have been testing and researching mushrooms for over 4 years, and after experiencing the benefits first hand, decided to make a blend of our favourite five. Sourcing only the best quality mushrooms that are handpicked and cultivated in China, we package them up here in South Australia for you to enjoy. While our mushrooms are manufactured overseas, we still work closely with our suppliers to ensure responsible and sustainable farming practices. We love supplements and want to help people identify when and why they should be taking them. We don't believe that one pill or supplement will fix all your problems, but we do believe that with the right understanding and education you can find something that compliments your lifestyle.
