Kristy Darbyshire, founder and principle consultant started HIC to make an impact, her passion for digital technology started when she worked for Gartner, during this time working in a high-performance culture and organisation she was able to craft her skill at consulting and taking clients through successful digital journeys. The last three years these skills have been used to support the Midland District Health Boards navigate a complex e-Medicines long term plan, including requirements, procurement, pilot, and the future rollout. The passion for health has been born and doing work that matters is now a focus for her and her new business Health Informatics Consultants.
