HSA is an enterprise cloud portal designed to assist employers in maintaining the long-term health of workers in potentially hazardous industries. HSA allows employers to effectively manage the medical records and examinations of their employees to ensure that their health is consistently monitored to avoid any future health problems and provides AI based analytics to medical professionals to vastly increase their scope of offering to employers.HSA follows a simple process. The employee medical records and job role are uploaded to HSA and the system will then automatically send a reminder when each employee is due for their health check. The intelligence of the system produces all of the required documentation needed to supply to each employee's GP, who can then provide referrals to specialists for specific tests. Each GP can then load the reports into the HSA system which are then checked by a senior doctor who calculates any specific risks or recommendations needed for each employee's individual health requirements. In addition to this the platform will be able to make recommendations or flag any health risks that may arise in between the health checks required every few years based on the data and knowledge compiled and reviewed as the platform grows. This means that employees don't need to wait for each health check to learn of potential risks to their health, the HSA will flag it the moment anything similar is loaded into the system.
