Healthcare Landscape, formerly known as The Patient Connection, is an independent fieldwork agency which operates exclusively in the healthcare and medical market research sectors.---------------Background---------------Healthcare Landscape grew out of the expansion of our original company, The Patient Connection. The Patient Connection began life as a patient-driven research house, developing panels and communities internationally to take part in medical market research surveys. Our principal aim was to create communities of respondents rather than traditional consumer panels.Within a short time, in addition to patient research, we started conducting fieldwork with physicians and healthcare professionals. We pioneered the use of ResBlogs and created a division dedicated to harnessing the power of online communities.
