HealthMealz is not about food, HealthMealz is about health.Food is what makes our body, it supplies nutrients that form cells and tissues and give energy to move the organ systems and repair and regenerate it. It's not so much the lack of food that gives rise to diseased processes but the lack of nutrients in the food we consume.
