My heart was touched to come across a story of two elderly people sitting in their car in front of a grocery store. They had been sitting there for over 40 minutes until the woman was able to flag down someone. The woman was crying and was trying to explain she and her husband were both over 60 and were at a very high risk of catching the virus. They were too scared to even go to the store to do their shopping. This really hit my hard. Our population of elders is the ones who will be hit by this disease the hardest and I wanted to help. I am getting involved in my own area but I want to be able to get as many healthy people as are willing to help. While social distancing is very important if you are UNDER the age of 40, are healthy and ready to help please contact us. As soon as we can match you with an elder in your area we will!
