I help hosts express their values, celebrate their wins, and create a more concrete understanding of the experience, all through the eyes of a well-versed health coach, chef, and photographer. 2. For the individual - I empower individuals to become their own "Healthy Home Cook" through my blog, ebooks, social channels, media outlets, and cooking classes.
