General Surgeon Serkan TÜĞEN, MD was born in 1974 in Kütahya, Turkey. He gratuated from Marmara University School of Medicine in Istanbul where all courses were in English. Then completed specialist education as a General Surgeon at Osmangazi University of Medical Sciences.He has been practicing as a specialist in bariatric surgeries for over 10 years now.
