Healthy App is a habit management app designed for smartphones and tablets. It uses positive reinforcement to prevent users from spending too much time with their mobile devices, limiting the effects of social media, gaming and other distractions.Users can set daily or weekly goals for any mobile application, then monitor usage statistics through simple, easy-to-read graphs. When a goal is exceeded, Healthy App can lock the user out of the app, preventing access (and additional distractions) while presenting a positive health-related message.There's also a powerful social element; by adding friends, family members and colleagues, users can easily compare their statistics and set smarter goals.
