Hearing Aid 911 is a mobile hearing aid clinic. We repair, reprogram, rent, and replace hearing aids around Boulder County from our specially equipped service vehicle. By bringing our services directly to clients, we provide faster, cheaper, and safer hearing healthcare solutions. By utilizing state-of-the-art technology, and with maximum agility, we can reach a large portion of the population directly, making it logistically easier to identify and treat hearing loss. Plus, we are able to charge less than brick-and-mortar audiologists for our services because our overhead is minimal.Changing times requires changing practices, and Hearing Aid 911 is uniquely positioned in the market to respond to the current COVID-19 health crisis. Traditional audiology requires a physical clinic with close contact and tight spaces. Hearing Aid 911 offers low-touch and no-touch curbside audiology solutions that minimize face-to-face contact with patients. Utilizing cutting-edge technological breakthroughs in audiology, Hearing Aid 911 tests hearing, identifies medical conditions requiring referral, dispenses hearing aids, provides post-fitting support, device repairs, and many other services expected of top-tier hearing healthcare providers.In addition to providing curbside hearing healthcare, Hearing Aid 911 also works with businesses and organizations to improve communication and mitigate infection risk in their public spaces. We do this by designing and installing ADA compliant assistive listening systems in meeting rooms, auditoriums, points-of-sales, and service counters. In response to COVID-19, we have pivoted our focus from large area systems to intercom solutions for COVID-19 barriers. We hope to solve the problem of communication through protective barriers with simple, economical plug-and-play intercom systems installed on either side of COVID-19 barriers that send crystal-clear speech through the safety shields.
