H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Every At Risk Teen) Is an aspiring Non-Profit Organization aimed at creating student driven change within local communities to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Started at Wayzata High School in 2014 H.E.A.R.T. has proven to be incredibly successful in local communities and on a state level. The Organization was featured in newspapers and also participated in many mental health related events, giving a student driven voice to the serious issue of mental health still clouded with stigma in society today.
