Heart-Centered Leadership Foundation was established in 2008 with the youth of Aruba at the heart of our mission. Through our overarching Sustainable Me-We program, we offer various trainings, seminars, workshops, and activities that aim to empower young people to discover their authentic self, their talents and potentials, and to become engaging and heart-centered leaders in our community. By empowering our youth to become heart-centered leaders, we are fostering a new generation of young people who are responsible, self-sustaining, resilient, and respectful individuals.
