What We Do - Our Mission "To accept, connect, equip and encourage youth & young adults through the integration of training processes and programs covering life skills/ values, self-awareness, self-esteem/ self-discipline principles and personal growth of all youth/young adults from any ethnicities - inclusive of youth at risk, those marginalised, underprivileged and those having special needs or disabilities in Aotearoa New Zealand".Our four core values of H4Y are:ACCEPT CONNECT EQUIP ENCOURAGEACCEPT We take youth and young adults right where they're at. CONNECT We connect with them through our many effective & resourceful initiatives. EQUIP We give our youth the tools and life set skills to help them grow into positive influential young men and woman. ENCOURAGE We never stop giving helping hands, affirming words through caring hearts. We form lifelong connections & develop our youth into mentors and support people themselves. We are currently active and working in/with: Youth Mentoring Youth and Sporting Events Kiwi Camping & Outdoor Pursuits Youth Advocacy / Legal Support Counseling and Crises Support Parent/ Whanau Support Relief Accommodation Support Special Needs Teens—Respite Care and Support. Pre– Marriage Mentoring/Counseling. Financial Assistance Course Fee Assistance and Scholarships (starting 2013) Life Skills - Health - Tertiary & Vocational Guidance & Support (starting 2013)
