Alicia Joy Moskal, Holistic Health Counselor has always felt that there is nothing quite as magical as bringing new life into this world. She had the opportunity to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, there she learned all the major dietary theories and formed an understanding that there is no one way of eating that works for everyone. After exploring all of the confusing and conflicting information available in the area of nutrition during pregnancy, how to optimize breast milk production, and self care as a new mother, she decided she to help educate and empower new mothers. Alicia is honored to work with these women to help them reconnect to their maternal instincts, to ensure they feel confident, empowered, and healthy throughout their pregnancy and well into motherhood. It is her mission to support women during their magical journey into motherhood, creating happy healthy moms who create happy healthy babies.
