Project "HeartChat" - a project launched and funded by the Victorian Multicultural Commission- is a platform that provides mental health services for multicultural communities. HeartChat offers the most accessible, secure and welcoming service for multicultural and multi-faith Australian's to book and have private one-on-one mental health sessions with professionals that speak their language and/or understand their culture/faith. Our service allows clients to: 1. Explore a detailed online directory of qualified and diverse mental health professionals;2. Easily find and access information and resources on mental health in various languages;3. Seek reliable professionals that they can confidently speak to and ask questions about mental health HeartChat provides mental health professionals with: 1. An easy booking and payment system- take bookings and receive payments from the HeartChat platform;2. A directory and telehealth platform- don't require zoom/coviu/skype;3.
