Hearts to the Future International (HFI) is an international organization founded by young people from different countries committed to maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations and promoting social progress, better living standards and human rights.Our Mission is to: Create an expansive leadership – a catalyst to profound social transformations that are necessary to improve the world for children and women and to progress human advancement and development, where all those who share a concern for human progress are engaged.Our Vision is to see: A positive change in homes and communities and a shift in the way the international community assume its responsibility towards children, women and human advancement and development through an unweaving commitment on all levels to social action and a rededication of those who have been working for a better world by establishing alliances and partnerships that embrace devotion, acceptance and motivation.Our work reaches every corner of the globe. Although we are best known for peacekeeping, peacebuilding, conflict prevention, human and child right protection, women and girls empowerment, youth development, education, health and humanitarian assistance, there are many other ways HFI and its Network of Partners (specialized agencies, funds and programs) affect lives and make the world a better place. The Organization works on a broad range of fundamental issues, from sustainable development, environment and refugees protection, disaster relief, disarmament and non-proliferation, to promoting democracy, human rights, gender equality and equity and the advancement of women, governance, economic and social development and expanding food production, and more, in order to achieve our goals and coordinate efforts for a safer world for this and future generations.
