Heartstrings was founded by Jody Joseph in 2016, but the work and mission started long before Heartstrings was even formed. Heartstrings offers economically disadvantaged and potentially at-risk individuals music programs designed to enrich their lives, providing them a safe and productive outlet for healing and self-expression.
