Heartware Community Foundation is a non-governmental, non-political organization that was formed in July 2016 by a group of Kenyan young men and women with a vision and passion to engage the community into development agendas. The management board is comprised of credible and experienced individuals with diverse professional backgrounds with a resolve to make rights of the vulnerable groups visible, recognized and supported. Heartware c. Foundation endeavors to facilitate connections and strengthen rights of the vulnerable groups' efforts for sustainable development and upholding of basic human rights. We are also committed to create awareness against social vises such as; gender based violence, early pregnancies and early marriage, rape, drug abuse and irresponsible behavior that lead to environmental degradation and spread of diseases e.g HIV/AIDS.
