The heartwood of the tree is the centermost aspect of it. It provides strength, resilience, and support for ongoing growth and is resistant to rot and decay. It is often viewed as the most valuable part of a tree.Like the heartwood of a tree, our team empowers leaders and their teams to be the most valuable assets in their organization - their essential core.We are a collective of Executive Coaching students who help leaders discover their own "heartwood," by empowering them to grow their inner strength, and use their natural abilities to achieve ongoing growth and success. Through non-directive coaching practices bound by the strictest ICF confidentiality standards, we work with you to bring focus to the things most important to you. Individual and/or team coaching is available, with opportunities to work with our network of coaches on a paid or pro-bono basis. An intake process will be made available later this year for nonprofit organizations to apply for our premier Leadership Coaching service; a project where we provide 30 hours of individual coaching to 6 Leaders within your organization pro-bono and present anonymized results back to your Leadership Team.
