Heartwood Healing is an education and training organization that helps people boost resilience, mindfulness and self-compassion in order to create sustainable health and well-being. We started at the bedside at Mayo Clinic and expanded our programs to address the epidemic rates of clinicians stress and burnout. We've worked with a wide variety of clinicians including chief medical officers, physicians, nursing staff, advanced practice clinicians, medical students, recreational and occupational therapists, chaplains, social workers, art therapists and psychotherapists. Since people in all industries are suffering from stress and employee burnout, we also serve organizations outside healthcare. Clients: We've worked with organizations including Mayo Clinic, UnitedHealth Group, Optum Health, Senior Care Communities the Carver College of Medicine at the University of Iowa, Weight Watchers, and LyondellBasell. Our programs are created by award-winning author and speaker Jacquelyn Fletcher in collaboration with skilled experts and overseen by an advisory board that includes clinicians who specialize in a variety of modalities, including art therapy, psychotherapy, behavioral change, mind-body techniques, and many more.
