Heather Hughes Training Solutions Ltd was established in 2007. Heather Hughes worked for Centrica for over 20 years in a number of Senior Management positions. During her time with Centrica Heather held several operational roles which included managing a 350 seat Call Centre. She was a Sales Trainer for a number of years before progressing into Management & Leadership training and her most recent position prior to leaving British Gas was National Training Delivery Manager responsible for delivering training interventions across all Call Centres.Since leaving Centrica Heather Hughes Training Solutions has provided a complete training & consultancy service across a wide range of sectors including Financial Services and Banking, Manufacturing, Broadcasting and Utilities. Heather's delivery style is informal, fun and interactive, encouraging participants to generate ideas and views and to get fully involved in the training.
