Established in 2010 Heavy Duty Controls P/L is an electrical manufacturing and installation company that offers a large range of services and solutions. From a well-equipped workshop control panels and load centers can be manufactured to customer requirements. Automated cut to length, labeling and stripper/crimping machines ensure correct and calibrated wire terminations in a timely manner. With a high attention to detail panels of all sizes are manufactured from ABS, powder coated and stainless steel using customer specified or competitively priced products.Workshop services also include custom internal escutcheons, sheet metal, lexan covers with spot and Tig welding services available for panel plinths and support brackets as needed. Harness manufacture, custom wire marking, manufacture and installation of harness for mobile plant and vehicle restoration projects.Panels are all fully point to point tested, Powered up and results recorded for future servicing and retrofits as required. Our documentation is such that we can reproduce like for like panels.In house testing of VFD and soft starters ensures control systems are fully commissioned before dispatch to site, and we are available to complete the site installation as required
