Owned and operated by the Kohler family in Midway Utah, Heber Valley Artisan Cheese uses the milk from the Kohler's 4th generation dairy farm to create some of the most amazing fresh and aged cheese you have ever tried. They pride themselves on providing the best quality milk possible for their cheese, often the milk is just minutes old when it begins it's transformation into succulent cheeses. Heber Valley produces several cheeses including cheddar, jack, queso fresco and a fresh toasted cheese called Juustoleipa. The base cheeses are frequently rubbed or mixed with some wonderful add-ins to create unique experiences in your mouth that can't be found anywhere else in the world.
