Projects include Go-to-Market Strategy, Commercial Due-Diligence, Business Plan Development, Competitive Benchmarking, Supply Chain Optimization, Vendor Sourcing Strategy, After-sales Service strategy, among others.2. Digital Strategy & Analytics Advisory: We enable clients' businesses and operations to be future-ready by leveraging our expertise in Digital/Technology and Advanced Analytics to drive organizational transformation. Projects include Digital Transformation, Omnichannel Approach, Digital Marketing Roadmap, Customer Journey Optimization, Sales & Marketing Analytics, Operations Analytics, among others.3. Global Expansion & Emerging Markets Advisory: We facilitate global expansion of companies by developing their business strategy, local network, and by providing cross-cultural training support.
