FUJIAN HECHENG GROUP(HK) LIMITED,has three manufacture bases--one in Quanzhou, China , two in HCM,Vietnam. The factory in China, named with QUANZHOU HECHENG BAGS CO.,LTD, and the one in Vietnam, named with HECHENG VIETNAM CO.,LTD., another is WINFONE VIETNAM CO.,LTD., both factory are joint venture company. The plants in Vietnam were managed by the local people who are clearly know the culture and law there, and the QC & technician team were trained to reach the level as our China's factory.
