FINANCE: Finance Director Experience in providing accounting for small and medium sized companies; including management accounts, group consolidated accounts, statutory accounts, cashflow management, forecasting/budgets, fundflow statements, negotiating with banks and financial institutions, restructuring, creating distributable profits, implementation of systems and controls, credit control procedures, board reporting, secretary duties, business process and margin analysis, IAS, US GAAP, IFRS, VAT returns, PAYE returns, IPR etc. HUMAN RESOURCES: Experience in all aspects of advice on staffing, payroll, recruitment, redundancy, disciplinary, psychometric testing, and general HR functions.
