The building that was the renowned venue of the Manchester music scene, the Dry Bar of Factory Record Music, will be developed into a 81 room concept hotel.In London, Heeton also has 35 Serviced Offices at Adam House just off The Strand.In Thailand, the Mercure Hotel Pattaya and Hotel Baraquda, MGallery Collection by Sofitel, PattayaIn Japan, the Super Hotel Sapporo and Smile Hotel Tokyo in Japan.Heeton also has a pipeline of additional hotels in the UK and in various Asia Pacific countries including Indonesia, China and Bhutan.
