Hegedus Aluminum Industries, Inc. is an aluminum sand casting foundry that was founded in 1959. Our facility is located in the scenic foothills of the Allegheny Mountains, just four miles north of historically significant Oil City, birthplace of the modern oil industry. We specialize in a wide variety of castings for the electrical industry, heavy industrial compressors, nautical, medical and industrial painting and printing just to name a few. We can handle short run and long run parts ranging from ounces to 3,000 pounds. We have an in-house pattern shop to handle all of your pattern needs from new patterns or pattern repairs. We also have an in-house machine shop, heat treating, and metal certification capibilities. Our long history has allowed us to form great relationships with trusted subcontractors that allows us the flexibility to provide a finished, ready to install product. We can arrange for non-destructive testing, painting and plating requirements. We look forward to being the supplier of all our casting/pattern needs.
